"2012 CAN Be Your Best Year Ever IF..."

...You Stop Fooling Around with New Year's Resolutions that Continue to Fail You Year after Year. You Need to Once and For All Be Honest With Yourself and Start Getting Crystal Clear Serious About Your Fitness and Health Goals!

Dear Friend,

Ah yes. It's that time to get inspired, motivated and pschyed more than ever to get back into shape...again. This WILL be the year your New Year's resolution finally sticks! (Yes, I'm being sarcastic...lol)

No, but in all seriousness, what is the difference between past resolutions you've made and right now? Weren't you just as motivated and pumped to get fit then?

Well, of course you were.

But you most likely did what most people do when starting to exercise again. You went out guns blazing for the first 4-6 weeks...didn't see results (or the results you were expecting) and you gave up mid February.

Sound about right?

It's ok. You're far from being alone. According to a recent study I read online, a whopping 92 percent of New Year's resolutions won't be kept...AND most will actually fail by the end of January! Not much of a resolution if you ask me...lol.

Listen, you don't need to make a New Year's resolution in order to get fit and healthy. In my opinion, New Year's resolutions are silly. There's no magical difference between January 1st or any other day of the year for starting and maintaining a fitness program.

New Year's resolutions are just a sneaky marketing tactic used by corporate gyms to get you all motivated and excited at first, but they know you're gonna end up quitting after January, which means you will be stuck paying 39.50 (or more) for another 11 months. You need to forget about resolutions and start being brutally honest with yourself if you want to have any chance for success.

First off, you need to get the dumb idea out of your head that you're going to get that dream body you want in only one month's time or less. It's simply not true. Yes, you'll definitely lose some weight and some ugly body fat as well, but you're FAR from being done.

Hate to break it to you, but there's no such thing as being done. Fitness and health is a permanent lifestyle. Look, I'm in awesome shape right now, probably the best shape I've ever been in my life, but I still feel there's always room for improvement every day I work out - whether it be my strength training or cardio routine - I can always progress a little more each day. And I'm no different than you.

The second thing you need to do if you REALLY want to make fitness a natural habit in your life is to basically dig down deep and ask yourself the pertinent questions that matter most to YOU...not the airbrushed fitness model on the magazine you saw on the grocery aisle...YOU! Questions like:

"How will I look and feel if I lose X amount of pounds ... X amount of inches ... or X amount of body fat?" Better yet...

"How will I look and feel if I lose X amount of pounds ... X amount of inches ... or X amount of body fat?"... AND keep it off for good!?!?"

"How much more confident will I be around people once I get my body back?"

"How happy will my family be for me once I've gotten healthy and fit again?"

You get the idea. You really need to understand what's most important to you and pinpoint exactly how improving your fitness and health will impact YOUR life. Instead of thinking that it's gonna be a huge pain in the ass, you need to start thinking how awesome you're going to look and feel once you get the body you've always wanted and dreamed of having!

I really can't be any more blunt and to the point than this. Again, you need to be honest with yourself and really want this. Don't kid yourself with another empty New Year's resolution attempt that won't last. You need to start getting serious. And if you are, then go ahead and fill out a free consultation form and someone will get back to you asap, or you can simply call 1-866-255-8221 and ask for Frank.

I've helped hundreds of people just like yourself achieve their fitness goals and get a new sense of appreciation for fitness and health. There's no reason I can't steer you in the right direction as well. I appreciate you taking the time to read this and I look forward to helping you!

Sincerely,

Jim Coughlin
