Submit FREE Consultation Form

Once we receive your consultation request, a friendly CFR representative will call you to discuss your fitness goals and recommend the perfect fitness program for your situation. After our initial conversation, we will then contact Mr. Coughlin to see what openings he has available, and if he does have an opening, he will be in touch with you as soon as possible to arrange a meeting. Please note that Jim is usually very booked up, so you may or may not be able to work with him. Futhermore, he only takes on clients who are serious and committed to their fitness goals.

Submit Health History Form

It is very important that we receive your health/exercise history to ensure your proper safety. We highly recommend that you are cleared by your doctor or physician before starting one of our exercise programs. You can submit this form either before or after your consultation.

Choose Method of Payment

Once you have completed steps 1 and 2, it's time to choose a payment method. If you pay online you can get started right away. Though, if you're mailing a check, please note that your training cannot begin until we have received full payment.

Credit Card Payment

We accept all major credit cards shown here. We also accept payment plans if you do not want to pay for your entire program up front. Payments plans are only accepted by credit card and also incur an additional fee. Please note that when making an online payment, your data is safely encrypted from unauthorized access and safely processed through our secure server.
