& Strengthen - Most Popular!
If you want to tone and build a strong body then you need strength
training & conditioning programs that will push your muscles to
heightened levels. Sculpt & Strengthen was designed by CFR for
individuals who only need assistance with their strength training.
Depending on how long you stay with us, this program will teach you every
possible type of resistance training there is. From free weights, to bands, to bodyweight calisthenics, to bosu/balance training, to typical gym machines and so on and so on.
CFR Personal trainers can meet with you 1-3 times a week. This exercise
program also includes fitness assessment and planning for cardio, flexibility and nutrition
for effective weight loss.

Dynamics - Most Affordable!
Working in a group setting can help people enjoy their workouts
while consequently increase motivation. Exercise programs with a
family member or friend can really increase your competitive
