ever done. I feel really committed to a goal after starting the
program. Normally, I sabotage myself by not getting to the store,
or lack of planning, being too tired to cook...etc. But everything
is there right down to the pre-measured condiments (no
fudging!).
This is the best program since sliced bread. I can't buy the
variety for the same cost at the store, because of the quantities I

Hi! I just wanted to say that I've lost 14 pounds after 5
weeks on the diet. The meals are very fresh, and I haven't found a
meal yet that I don't like! This diet is really headache-free, as I
don't have to worry about what I'm eating for each meal...it's
already prepared! I was a little worried about being hungry, but I
have not been since the first week or so. My body got used to the
change very quickly. The meals leave even me satisfied, and I have
always been a healthy eater! No small feat! I just wanted to let
you know how happy I am to have found you, and to let others out
there know what a simple plan this is for dieting. It has been the
easiest one that I've tried, and believe it or not, the tastiest

it's almost 10 pm and I am still not hungry. WOW!!!!! Now that is

I didn't think that was possible. My husband thought it smelled

"Thought that you might like to know that I lost a whopping
4-1/2 pounds the first week alone, that's 230 to 225.5 lbs! And at
5 ft 2-1/2, every little bit helps. Hubby says I do not look
swollen anymore. I have been able to reduce the amount of diuretics
(80 mg Lasix to 40mg Lasix) I take because my blood
pressure/swelling has come down so much. For the first time in 2
yrs, I actually had a low blood pressure when I went to my doctor.
I am still not hungry in the evenings, and when I do get a craving
it isn't anything but a boredom crave for food and goes away just
as quick as it came. This is great! I am telling everyone I know
about it and they are watching me like a hawk to see if I really am
going to lose the weight and not get sick (like with the Atkins
diet.... gall stones for everyone). My husband says I am starving
him though because I have reduced down the portion size I serve
him, because I am learning what a portion size really is. But he is
adapting and will live. Just thought you would like to know!"

"The food is far better than I had anticipated! I'm pretty
picky and was concerned that it would not be fresh tasting, since
everything is frozen. You have done an amazing job with taste and
also with the food being filling.
I love the convenience of the program, as I am constantly on
deadlines and don't have time to cook. And even though I try to
make sensible food choices in "to go" food, I know that there are
more calories in that big turkey sandwich or chicken salad than I
think! Hence the unwanted pounds. Now I don't have to think about
food other than to eat it and enjoy it.
It's also important that the food be low in fat, as my
cholesterol tends to run high. Another problem solved by

"I just finished 4 weeks of Diet-to-Go a few days ago. I lost
8 pounds in the first 4 weeks. I feel great and I have gotten
motivated to rejuvenate my exercise program. I use eDiets for
support and recording. The combination is phenomenal.
I am on 1600 calories a week and add a few calories in
popcorn and soy milk everyday. The best part is, because I don't
feel hungry or deprived and I don't have to sit down every week and
make up menus and shop and all that stuff, that I don't feel like
falling off the wagon and eating my way through a gallon of ice
cream etc. That is my usual M.O. after a few weeks of dieting.
