intended for people who need a thorough initiation with their
fitness routine so they learn as much as possible in the shortest
amount of time. This fitness program is similar to our Fitness
Follow up program. However, this service assumes that after our
personal trainers guide you with your 3 start up sessions you will
be able to do your exercises independently in the future. You
decide what's best for your goals!

Training and workout implementation from a professional
certified personal trainer for 3 introductory sessions.
• Personalized Program Design for Flexibility and Nutrition so you can achieve results by yourself!
• Body Fat Analysis to track your fat loss progress from before and after and notice a dramatic difference in how you look! (Optional)
