Here's What Clients Have To Say About Mark...

Jim,

Mark Thomas has made a great impact on the 13 year old Cardinal Baseball Club. Coach Mark has shown these boys what can be accomplished when you develop a good work ethic. "Mark's ability to communicate with the young athlete is very impressive and the results are equally impressive!" The Cardinals are a nationally ranked baseball team and the strength and conditioning that Mark Thomas has brought to the team has made a huge difference.

Phil Fielder - Rockwall, TX

When I first started seeing Coach Mark, I was so slow, it looked like I was carrying a trailer behind my back! But, I kept seeing him and after a few times, my Dad said he saw a whole new Trevor. Then, my arm got stronger from all the Diamond Strength classes I took with him. I started out throwing at about 48 mph, but now after those classes, I throw much harder. Coach Mark helped me with two more things. One was my hitting. I used to hit dinkers to 2nd base and now I can hit it to the fence! The other thing he taught me is discipline. He says that it's okay to goof off a little bit at practice, but during a game, it's all about focus. You have to tell yourself that you're not scared of a guy throwing 62 mph. "When you believe, you'll be excited at what miracles can happen! That's what an amazing coach he is!"

Trevor Westmoreland - Dallas, TX (10 years old)

My husband and I believe that Mark Thomas is a very big part of why our 8 year old son, Cody, loves baseball. "Mark taught Cody great fundamentals for baseball as well as helped him to become one of the fastest runners on his team! Cody learned to stretch and exercise in Mark's footwork class and now he will just start doing those same exercises, on his own, here at home!" We had the opportunity to see Mark in action with many, many kids, and it is the same story over and over again. All the kids love him and he is a great motivator for them. The parents love him too and we are sure that he could motivate just about anyone!
