Steve Campbell - CPTSteve Campbell, CPT

I was born in St. Louis January 21, 1971, which makes me 35 years old now. I grew up always loving sports, and in highschool was an all-district football player and wrestler for Parkway West High. I then went on to play college football with Missouri State University. I had a bad knee injury that cut short my football career. I continued to lift weights and in 1993 was the Missouri natural state bench press champion. I went on and got a bachelor and masters degree in business administration. I entered the corporate world for a while, but knew that I should follow my love of fitness and nutrition. I got certified in personal training with NFPT and have been personally training for about 4 years now. Currently I have about 18 years of lifting experience and extensive nutrition knowledge. I believe in staying mentally, physically, and spiritually fit to enjoy a happy life. I also believe in treating others the way I expect others to treat me.
