Here's What Clients Have To Say About Dan...
Hey Jim! The training is great! I love working out with Dan! He really knows how to push me to work out hard. "I can't decide which I like best: the work out, or when it's over! I'm already feeling better physically and mentally, even though its only been about two weeks. Although I haven't weighed myself yet (I'm a little scared, but I'm planning on doing it on Friday), I can already feel the difference in how my jeans fit. I have no doubt that in another month or two, the ones I'm wearing now are going to become my "fat jeans."
Thanks for checking in. And thanks for placing me with Dan. He's amazing!

Hey Jim! Just wanted to let you know how much I have enjoyed having a personal trainer, it has really changed me physically and emotionally. I have learned so much from Dan and love how he motivates me with each exercise. "My body is tighter and firmer than it has been in years thanks to Dan! I wish I would've hired a personal trainer years ago!!!"
Stacey Nikirk - Rockville, MD
Jim, Dan has been a wonderful trainer. "We have greatly enjoyed the sessions and now have a well rounded routine to work on!"
Thanks for your help!
Nancy Cooper - Rockville, MD
Hi Jim, I'm seeing results and my muscles are getting tight. Dan is a great trainer and a
great person to workout with. He is so understanding with me. He shows me how to do
different exercises that I did not know how to do and he really put me threw a good
workout in the one hour. He is so easy to work with and I have had to change times and he works right with me so I can train with him. "I have dropped to 179 pound from 190 when I started so his training and my diet is really working for me!!"
Dan is a A+ trainer in my book because I have never had a trainer before I only got help at Bally's when I was a member. So to end I'm VERY happy with Dan!!
Thank You!!

Questions and Answers
with Dan Amzallag
Below Dan explains how he got into the business of personal training,
his overall approach with clients, his fitness philosophies and more.
Q: Why did you choose to become a personal trainer?
A:Choosing to become a personal trainer enabled me to help people in their
time of need and provide them with the necessary motivation to reach their
goals. Personal training is not just about giving a biology lesson about
every single muscle incorporated in the human body but mostly to make it
fun and enjoyable. This is what a personal trainer is all about.
Q: How are you different then other personal trainers? What is your specialty?
A:My specialty is nutrition, muscle development, losing weight, and adapting
a healthy lifestyle that will keep you active for many years to come.
Q: What is your biggest challenge that you face when training clients?
A:The biggest challenge I face when training clients is to come up with new
exercise to keep them motivated. It is always to keep yourself abreast to
new changes in the industry and to informe the clients about these new
changes that he can benefit from. Motivation is key!
Q: How do you deal with clients who aren't serious?
A:Dealing with non serious clients is to be honest with them and telling them
that I rather have them throwing their money in the garbage disposal versus handing it
to me. If they are not serious about changing their body or lifestyle, no
need to waste my time.
Q: What is the most important component to personal training that you advocate to clients?
A:Important components are to create a relationship with your clients. This is
what a personal trainer is about, being a confident, helping them with
different aspects of their lives but mostly the one regarding health.
Punctuality is very important and this is what I need my clients to be. If
I show up in time, I would like the clients to do the same.
Q: What are your strengths as a trainer? weaknesses?
A:Strengths? My personality, my openness to discuss any issues, my sense of
humor and my politeness. Weaknesses? Well, hard to admit my weaknesses, however, all trainers have
possibly the same one, is not reaching the clients goals, and that can be
considered a failure.
Q: What do you think of the ever popular Atkins Diet?
A:These extreme diets are not something that I will promote, as discussed in
my book.
Q: What question do you come across most with clients?
A:How long will it take me to lose weight??
Q: Who is your favorite fitness author?
A:Favorite fitness author: Arnold Schwarzenegger, if you can call him an author.
Q: Who has been your greatest success story?
A:Arnold Schwarzenegger himself, coming from another country and succeeding
greatly in this great country.
Q: What is your advice for clients first starting a fitness program?
A:Well, be patient. Rome hasn't been built in one day. Need to
persevere, need to have great dedication to reach your goals in a timely
manner. Do not be rush, take time and the results will show.
Q: What type of training do you prefer, one-on-one or group? Why?
A:One on one I prefer since you can put time on one person only, pay 100%
attention to this individual.
Q: What are your personal goals for the future?
A:Reach 30 clients in my repertoire.
