How BAD Do You Want It?

When it comes to exercise, people usually do the bare minimum. Many come to the conclusion that the fact they're exercising is good enough and they're content with being mediocre.

The same goes for how people see themselves.

Many men and women limit their potential and rationalize why they can't have the body they once had or they can't reach the fitness level they truly desire.

The usual phrases are uttered again and again...

"I'm older, so my metabolism has become slower."
"I've had children, so I can't get rid of fat in certain areas of my body."
"I have more responsibilities, so I don't have time to exercise."
"I don't have the motivation and self-discipline I used to."
"I have poor genetics and my body doesn't respond to working out."

The list goes on and on and if you're waiting for me to tell you these are legitimate reasons you CAN'T get into kick arse shape...you might as well keep waiting.

Fact is, these aren't reasons...they're e-x-c-u-s-e-s. And if I had penny for every time I heard one of them, I'd be richer than Donald Trump.

Look, it all comes down to this...

If you're truly committed to becoming the person you've always envisioned, you've got to go all-out. You've got to turn the faucets on full-blast. You've got to have every fiber of your being saying "YES! I'm ready to get super-fit and live life to the fullest!

You've got to get excited! Yes, excited.
