The Healthy Habit

If you were to go through your day-to-day life, you would find a series of habits.
These habits could be anything from eating breakfast, brushing your teeth, making your bed, washing the dishes, driving to work, eating out at lunch, eating a big dinner, drinking, smoking, being disorganized and so on.
Again, these habits could be anything. Some good, some bad, but one thing is for certain, you ALWAYS find yourself doing them. It's not even a second thought.
The same could be said for eating right and exercising. These too are things that can easily be incorporated in your every-day life.
But the problem and where many people go wrong usually lies in not doing one, but doing the other or not doing each one consistently, which obviously, keeps it from being a natural habit.
As the saying goes, it takes 21 days to form a habit. That means you must do something for 21 straight days and it will automatically become part of your daily schedule. Miss one day out of the 21 and the attempted habit is void.
If you're really serious about reshaping your body and becoming the healthiest person you can be for 2008, you must form 3 concrete habits. Not 1. Not 2. But 3.
These habits are...
1. Follow a consistent strength training routine. 2. Follow a regular cardiovascular exercise routine. 3. Follow a healthy, balanced nutrition program.
Yeah, I know. You've heard this a billion times.
